This policy explains what personal information Tooth Care Romania collects when you contact us, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it plain and honest: the only data we gather is what you choose to send us through our contact form.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, you may share:
- Your name — the first name (and, if you provide it, last name) you enter.
- Your contact details — your email address, and your phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to add it.
- Your message — anything you write to describe your situation or ask us.
- X-ray and imaging files — any dental X-ray, panoramic scan (OPG) or related document you upload so our doctors can evaluate your case. These are health-related files, so we treat them with extra care.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, any sensitive information beyond what is needed to plan your dental care.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to review your case, prepare a free treatment evaluation and plan, and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. Because dental X-rays are health data (a special category under the GDPR), we rely on your explicit consent to review them for your treatment evaluation. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); doing so does not affect processing that already took place.
How your data is delivered and stored
Your submission is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. From there it is delivered through a secure webhook directly to our care team so they can read your message and view your files. Access is limited to the people involved in evaluating and planning your treatment.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We only use the minimal technical storage needed for the site to work and to remember your language choice. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and files only for as long as we need them to help with your enquiry and any treatment planning that follows. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights — including the right to erasure — email us at office@toothcareromania.com and we will act on your request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has not been handled properly.
