We reply in your language. Our team speaks English, Spanish, Italian, German, French and Arabic, so you can explain what you need in the words that feel natural to you.

What to include in your message

The more we know, the more accurate your plan will be. If you can, tell us:

  • What is bothering you, or what you would like to change about your smile
  • Any treatment you have already had, and roughly when
  • What you are hoping for — for example fixed teeth, implants, veneers or a full check-up
  • Rough dates you could travel to Bucharest

Don’t worry if you can’t answer everything. A short message is enough to get started, and we will follow up with any questions.

Send us your X-ray

If you have a recent dental X-ray or panoramic scan (OPG), attach it to your message. It helps our doctors give you a realistic plan before you travel.

You can upload JPG, PNG or PDF files. If your image is on a CD or in an email from your dentist, a clear phone photo of the scan usually works too.

What happens after you send

  1. We review your case. Our doctors look at your X-ray and notes.
  2. You get a free evaluation and treatment plan. This outlines what we recommend, how long it would take, and how many days you would spend in Bucharest.
  3. We plan the details together. From appointment dates to help with your stay and things to see while you are here.
